Formed in order to create uniform ethics for the construction industry, they provide assurance to potential clients that if a CCA member was chosen to construct a project, the outcome would be successful. That standard continues today and CCA members are regarded as Cayman’s most honorable contractors.

The Cayman Contractors Association
Formed in 1972 to create uniform construction standards for the Cayman Islands. Clients who chose a CCA member are assured of professionalism and integrity from CCA members.

In 1992, the CCA wrote the first Builders Law, to license contractors and to assure that all contractors were subject to the same ethical principles as CCA members.
